On the Asus2 all you need to is turn 3^rd note to Whole step down or two fret down and let it open on open B string. So from A major chord (1-3-5) into Asus2 chord (1-2-5),

On the Asus4 what you do is turn the 3^rd note to Half step up or one fret up, and the third will become to 4^th note (D). So from A major chord (1-3-5) into Asus4 chord (1-4-5).
